Join us to help with a unique art exhibit!

Join us in making a unique, one week, art exhibition a success! The raw industrial power of the Madison Brass Works building will be the backdrop for Forge, an art exhibition that celebrates the history of the building as it is poised to be transformed by its new owner, the Goodman Community Center.

Forge features industrial-sized art installations created by local artist and inspired by the history of the Madison Brass Works building. This will be the only opportunity to see the building in its raw state before construction begins in July and Goodman begins work on repurposing and renovation the existing building.

Assist with this unique event by welcoming visitors to the exhibit, answering basic questions (we'll provide a cheat sheet), and ensuring visitors enjoy the art with their eyes, not their hands. Volunteers should be able to stand/walk for the entire shift, and must be able to safely walk on uneven ground. Unfortunately the building is not entirely handicap accessible in its current state.
