Help people with disabilities spruce up their home and live independently! We need help scraping and staining two outdoor decks at a nice home on Madison's southwest side that is occupied by low income people with disabilities.
The task includes using electric sanders and hand scrapers/wire brushes to prepare the wooden deck, then applying a coat of stain on the handrails and floor boards. Paint brushes and stain will be provided.

A: Volunteers should bring gloves and clothes appropriate for painting. Paint scrapers and wire brushes would be welcome too!
