Bristol Hospice Madison

Bristol Hospice, LLC, formed in 2006, is a national provider of hospice services. Our Madison, WI location began serving patients in 2022. We provide hospice care to patients living in Dane and surrounding counties.
We are fully committed to our mission that all patients and families entrusted to our care are treated with the highest level of compassion, respect, and quality of care.
Our Bristol Hospice programs provide hospice services to meet the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of our patients and their families/caregivers. An interdisciplinary group of professionals consisting of nurse case managers, physicians, spiritual care coordinators, social workers, bereavement coordinators and volunteer coordinators develop an individualized plan of care for each patient.
Volunteers are an integral part of hospice care. Whether it’s providing companionship to a person in the final months and weeks of life, or offering support to their family members and caregivers, the contributions of volunteers are essential to the hospice team. Bristol Hospice provides the training and supervision to support you in this valuable work.
Every hospice relies on volunteer support to provide excellent end-of-life care to each patient and family. By being a hospice volunteer, you can gain great personal satisfaction from knowing that you have made a difference in another person’s life.
Some examples of volunteer activities:
Bristol Hospice now has a Teen Volunteer Program! If accompanied by a parent/guardian who is also a Bristol Volunteer, the Teen volunteer may visit patients. Teen Volunteers also provide other duties, activities, or special projects (such as create patient memory board/collages) as directed by the Volunteer Coordinator.
