Oakwood Village has been providing quality care to older adults at Oakwood Village University Woods and Oakwood Village Prairie Ridge campuses for 75 years. This tradition of excellence is possible thanks to the efforts of committed and dedicated volunteers. Oakwood Village offers a full continuum of care with independent apartment homes, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services. Oakwood Village has added Oakwood Preferred Services to its continuum of resident-centric care. Ranging from support with daily tasks to end-of-life care, we’ve brought more capabilities under the Oakwood Village canopy to ensure accountability and the highest-quality care. 

Our all-new, on-site hospice unit makes it possible for residents to remain where they’re most comfortable: in their community. Our hospice team is known for expedient admissions and response times; since they’re part of the Oakwood Village community, the team fosters close working relationships with both residents and staff.
