Broad Horizons is a dedicated non-profit organization that has been serving vulnerable individuals and families across 16 counties in southern and mid-Wisconsin. We specialize in providing comprehensive guardianship and supportive services for those who are unable to care for themselves due to age, disability, mental health challenges, or other life circumstances requiring professional intervention. Our mission is rooted in advocacy, empowerment, and holistic community support.
