Triangle Community Ministry, Inc

Established in 1978, TCM provides a holistic approach to wellness by addressing needs of body, mind and spirit. We are dedicated to the development of personal dignity, self empowerment and community building among the residents of the Triangle neighborhood in the area bounded by Park, Regent and W. Washington in Madison, WI.  We collaborate with other state and local agencies, and employ three part time staff--a nurse, chaplain, and outreach development coordinator. Together with volunteers, we contribute to the physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing of the Triangle residents. Volunteers play a vital role in increasing residents' independence and improving their quality of life. 

Triangle Community Ministry, Inc. provides an on site, in person ministry of presence in solidarity with the residents of the Triangle Neighborhood, in downtown Madison. Staffed by a registered nurse, a chaplain, and an outreach development coordinator, we provide medical support, creative activities, food programs, and a variety of ongoing spiritual support for the well-being of 335 residents living independently in low income apartments.
