The Latino Academy of Workforce Development is a nonprofit organization in Madison, Wisconsin, dedicated to providing bilingual education, workforce training, and career advancement opportunities for the Latino community. We create accessible pathways for individuals to achieve their professional and personal goals through culturally responsive programs, leadership development, and strong community partnerships. What We Do

The Latino Academy of Workforce Development provides bilingual education, workforce training, and career advancement programs to help individuals achieve their goals. We offer GED preparation, driver’s education, job skills training, digital literacy, and leadership development, all tailored to the needs of the Latino community. Our programs create pathways to better jobs, financial stability, and stronger communities. Volunteers help us make a lasting impact by mentoring, tutoring, and supporting students on their journey to success!
