Volunteer: Diaper Club Delivery Driver

EOTO need your help to deliver this resource to parents and other caregivers in OUR community! As an official partner & distribution site for the Dane County Village Diaper Bank EOTO (Each One Teach One) is able to offer up to 100 free diapers per month per child to families in need. 

Delivery Drivers need access to a reliable insured vehicle and must be available for once-a-week deliveries within Madison & nearby surrounding areas.

Volunteer: Community Engagement/Event Coordinator

Volunteers will support the following EOTO programs;

BYAYA! (Black Youth & Young Adults) provides support to self-identifying Black/BIPOC youth and young adults between 10 - 26 through innovative programs, peer-led outreach, and free employment skills and professional development training. We are dedicated to helping our future leaders discover their purpose and path to wellness.

 

UJAMAA Business Network is a community of entrepreneurs empowered by the practice of cooperative economics to combine knowledge, skills, resources, and purchasing power to support and grow business in communities of color throughout Wisconsin, with a specific focus on Black-owned businesses.

 

Volunteer Task/duties: 

Coordinate & Facilitate youth activities (i.e.fitness, art, life readiness) Recruit & Coordinate Community Resource Partners Coordinate & Facilitate adult engagement activities Volunteer Recruitment & Coordination Community outreach & event promotion Help register/check-in event volunteers and participants

Minimum Skills/Abilities: 

Professional Communication Skills (written and verbal) Understanding of and marginalized/ disenfranchised communities (or willingness to learn) Basic Computer Skills (Google, Social Media, Document Creation) Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time Experience engaging youth, young adults, and families
