Volunteer: Evening Under the Oaks Summer Concerts Volunteer GroupOne or a couple volunteer groups will be needed to help for the Oakwood Village University Woods annual Evening Under the Oaks summer concert series, June-August. Up to 5 volunteers will be needed each time to help with the following tasks for the concert series: - help Life Enrichment staff get and bring Assisted Living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing residents to the concert - help residents go back to their respective buildings after the concert is done - also help Life Enrichment staff reset the outdoor Assisted Living patio area (when concerts are held outside weather permitting) to include moving furniture - volunteers will be needed to help 5:45-8:00 p.m. for each concert - concerts are scheduled, and volunteers are needed, for the following dates: June 13 & 27, July 11 & 25, and August 8 & 22. - concerts are held outside, weather permitting, on the Assisted Living patio area.
