RED Day of Service Build

Please join Habitat for Humanity of Dane County for the RED Day of Service Build.

The RED (Remember Everyone Deployed) Day of Service Build is an event that honors those who served on September 11, 2001, active service members, veterans, and first responders. Families, friends, and support networks are welcome to join this event as well.

The event will run from 8:15am-3:30pm. There will be several speakers throughout the day from partner organizations. Lunch will be provided to attendees. No experience is needed as all tools and training will be provided.

All attendees must register in advance. Please note volunteers must be at least 16 years old; be able to stand for a prolonged duration of time and be able to walk, bend, and/or squat; be able to navigate uneven terrain; be able to work outside in various weather conditions; and be able to lift up to 30 lbs. with assistance provided as needed.
