Dream BIG Gala – Friday, July 25

Our biggest annual fundraiser—the Dream BIG Gala—is just around the corner! This incredible evening supports life-changing mentoring relationships for youth in Dane County, and we couldn’t do it without amazing volunteers like you.
Volunteer opportunities include:
Week of July 22–23 (at the BBBS Office – 2059 Atwood Ave, Madison):
Assemble name tags, goodie bags, and event materials
Gala Day – July 25 (at the Madison Marriott West):
Assist with event setup during the day
Greet and check in guests during cocktail hour
Serve as floaters or dinner sweepers to enhance the guest experience
Sell raffle tickets
Help with cleanup and packing at the end of the night
