Our Dream BIG Gala is coming up on Friday, July 28. It serves as our largest annual fundraiser and is crucial in powering our work to create more mentoring experiences for youth in Dane County. This year's event will be held at the Monona Terrace.
This event will require A LOT of hands to get ready and run smoothly. We appreciate your willingness to volunteer and help make this event a success!
Volunteers can help by:
- Setting up and prepping for the Gala during the day
- Greeting and checking in guests during the Cocktail Hour
- Maximizing the guest experience: Floaters, Dinner Sweepers, etc.
- Selling raffle tickets to guests
- Clean-up and takedown after the event
