As a House Volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House, you make a direct and immediate impact on children and families in their moment of greatest need. You’ll check guestrooms, help with light cleaning, organize donations, and complete other tasks as needed, so families can focus on what matters most - their children who need them.
Some typical volunteer responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and answering questions about the House
- Helping guests find supplies or other resources
- Cleaning, restocking, and organizing common spaces, kitchens, and storage areas
We would hope our volunteers could sign up for at least two shifts per month and they are asked to commit to at least one year serving at the organization.
Shifts range from 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-6pm and 6pm-9pm every day of the week.
