Can you spare 2 or 3 hours? Have fun, meet new people! Be the face of Madison Museum of Contemporary Art. Give us a hand as an Admissions Volunteer!

The weekend of November 17 and 18, Madison Museum of Contemporary Art and Overture Center for the Arts spaces will transform into a magical winter wonderland filled with handmade art, crafts, and edibles -- all available for sale to the public at our 48th annual MMoCA Art & Gift Fair fundraiser (formerly known as the Holiday Art Fair). 

Admissions Volunteers:

  • Greet attendees as they arrive at MMoCA Art & Gift Fair
  • Take tickets from those who have purchased them in advance and sell tickets to those who wish to purchase at the door
  • Distribute wristbands, programs, and fair passports to all paid attendees
  • Inform attendees that there are exhibitors on all four levels
  • Fun, short shifts connecting with interesting new people from all walks of life!

Coinciding with Shine On Madison, MMoCA Art & Gift Fair volunteers receive free admission tickets to have fun at the fair before or after their shift(s).
