Looking for an opportunity to help those impacted by food insecurity? Please consider joining our volunteer team as a food box packager! Our pantry has evolved in response to the pandemic and have been operating a contactless drive through food pantry. This requires us to package food in a variety of ways. This position helps by packaging an assortment of dry and canned goods into boxes between 15-18 pounds.
Your duties will be to:
- Fill boxes and bags with nonperishable food items
- Stack completed boxes onto pallets
Other duties you may perform:
- Restock and organize shelves
- Communicate any significant problems to Pantry Staff
