Needed: Volunteers to help elementary children with academics, reading, and enrichment programs throughout the school year. Activities include free play, reading, science, art, cooking, and other activities that interest children. Volunteers bring new ideas, fresh faces, creativity, knowledge, and humor as mentors and role models. Volunteers needed 2:00pm - 5:00pm on Mondays and 3:30-5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
COVID- 19 UPDATE:
We ask that all volunteers be fully vaccinated, per our agency policy.
RESTRICTIONS: Training provided on site. A criminal background check is required of all volunteer positions with children. Required: A weekly commitment for at least one semester.
