❤️ Volunteers Needed: Help Bring Comfort and Connection to Hospice Patients
Volunteers are the HEART of Heartland Hospice! Heartland Hospice is currently seeking caring volunteers to visit our patients and provide companionship, support, and a friendly presence.
No matter your background or experience, you have something valuable to offer. Hospice patients often need what matters most: companionship, friendship, and someone who genuinely cares. The simplest acts of kindness can make an enormous difference in someone's life.

- Visit with patients and provide friendly companionship
- Read books, magazines, or letters
- Write cards or letters for patients
- Share your musical talents or listen to familiar tunes together
- Listen to life stories and memories
- Sit quietly and offer a comforting presence
