Who We Are

Collaboration for Good is communications and capacity building organization with a cross-sector collaboration focus and technology and entrepreneurship expertise. We focus on building the capacity of communities to do social good by breaking down the walls between sectors, restoring and enhancing communications, and working with technology and entrepreneurship to generate structural and financial sustainability for individuals and organizations who work to make the world a better place.

 

 

What We Do

 

It has been two long years since we officially formed Collaboration for Good. We've been busy. Here are just a few of the more visible things that we do.
 
MADISON NONPROFIT DAY
We already had this Conference and associated events and activities in our wheelhouse and worked to grow more alliances and interests to keep it vibrant and beneficial as a skills building and networking conference.
 
SOCIAL GOOD ACCELERATOR
We created an accelerator program for social entrepreneurs. Now in its second year, we've already worked with 50 social good ventures— nonprofit, for-profit, and cooperatives. We've created a program that strengthens and stabilizes social good ventures.
 
DATA FOR IMPACT CONFERENCE
We doubled-down on our efforts to make nonprofits and community-driven organizations more nimble and responsive by growing our efforts to introduce the ways, means, and methods for using data to inform decisions and tell your story.
 
SOCIAL GOOD MADISON
We formed a collaboration with Doyenne (women entrepreneurs) and Horizon Coworking (community advocacy, coworking) to create Social Good Madison— a collection of projects and programs to grow robust ventures that intentionally operate to address inequalities and expand prosperity. The Social Good Acceleratorwas our first joint project.
 
MADTECH EDUCATION SERIES
We joined forces with Madison Public Library to continue and expand the MadTech Ed Series which provides free access to technology skills to grow your nonprofit, small business, or social venture project.
