Our pool enclosure fence is weathered from the sun and is in desperate need of painting. Our residence enjoy using this area for swimming Therapy and visiting with Friends and Family.
The Deck off the Kitchen is in need of Sealing. The Sun has weathered the wood and it needs to be resealed. The residence enjoy sitting here in the afternoon shade visiting with friends and family.
The Side Porch paint is beginning to peal and needs repainting as well. This is another area the residence sit to enjoy looking at the gardens and enjoying a cool summer evening breeze.

We are developing a new care model based on strengthening the generations by bringing them together in a Therapeutic, Interactive, Intergenerational Neighborhood (TIIN). Located on 5.5 acres in Madison, WI, we are creating a staged neighborhood setting where the needs and strengths of both populations are addressed.
