Community Living Alliance

CLA provides quality personal care, supportive home care and chore services as well as case management to children and adults with disabilities and older adults. CLA recruits, hires and trains in home workers called Personal Care Workers (PCWs) who provide personal care and supportive home care or chore services. CLA also recruits, hires and trains nurses who oversee the PCWs. Social workers are hired and trained to provide case management services. All of these services assist people served to live independently in the community as valued citizens. CLA enters into a shared responsibility with its members by encouraging self-reliance and active decision-making regarding services. Individual choice and personalized services are among the reasons CLA members consistently rate their satisfaction with CLA at the highest level.
Community Living Alliance (CLA) is a not-for-profit organization, dedicated to empowering people with disabilities or chronic illnesses and the elderly to live independently and with dignity. CLA partners with these individuals to acquire personal care and support services needed to promote their quality of life and self-determination.
