Hancock Center For Creative Arts Therapies, Inc.

Hancock Center is a unique non-profit organization created in 1983. It is located on a residential street in downtown Madison, near the state capitol. The center provides dance/movement psychotherapy, health and wellness education and serves as a community-wide resource. Facilities in this century-old house include two spacious movement studios and a reference library.
Hancock Center is a United Way Partner Agency, a supporting organization of the Marian Chace Foundation of American Dance Therapy Association, Inc. and a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
Hancock Center for Dance/Movement Therapy, Inc. is a non-profit, charitable organization created to promote the informed and effective use of dance/movement therapy. Its mission is to improve the lives of others by providing body-centered, movement-based psychotherapy, education and outreach. We fulfill our mission by supporting the healthy potential of individuals of diverse ages, abilities and needs to enhance their lives.
