Colonial Club Senior Activity Center

We are a not-for-profit organization located in Sun Prairie WI whose mission is "to enhance the well being and independence of older adults"

The  Colonial Club Senior Activity Center provide services and activities that respond to the growing and changing needs of the senior population in an expanding geographic area. Our service area includes the communities of Sun Prairie, Cottage Grove, Marshall and Deerfield.  We provided onsite recreational and educational activities and an adult day center.  We provide case management, home delivered meals and supportive homecare services for senior adults living independently in their homes within our service area.
