Irwin A. & Robert D. Goodman Greenhouse at Spring Harbor

We are a part of the Madison Metropolitan School District. Our greenhouse and gardens are among the most extensive in the District. We offer classes for our students daily and volunteers often work with students in the gardens and greenhouse.

We have a sustainable greenhouse and numerous gardens spread throughout the property. We have outdoor composting, indoor vermicomosting, an aquaponics system, a kitchenette for processing garden produce and we brew compost tea. Students built a chicken coop on-site and we are raising a few heritage chickens for eggs.
