The State of Wisconsin Board on Aging and Long-Term Care Volunteer Ombudsman Programs are in need of volunteers who want to make a difference in the lives of elderly living in our area nursing homes. Volunteers visit an assigned nursing home 2 to 3 hours per week, advocating for residents in making sure that their rights are being met. We provide the training - no special background needed.
