Help someone take the next step toward a brighter future! JustDane is looking for volunteers to conduct mock interviews with individuals in our Just Bakery program preparing to reenter the workforce. Your role will be simple but impactful - offering a supportive, low-stakes environment where participants can practice interview skills, gain confidence, and receive constructive feedback.
We ask that you have experience with hiring, interviewing, or coaching. By giving just a little of your time, you can make a big difference in someone’s journey toward employment and stability.
We are looking for volunteers, or groups of volunteers, who can conduct mock interviews on Monday or Wednesdays, anytime between 9:00am and 1:30pm.
