Family Resource Center (FRC)

4-C is an Accredited FRC of Quality serving families in Dane County. We provide free services to families like monthly Play and Learn, Open Play, and Storytime programming (check out our calendar for upcoming events).

Resource Room and lending library

Toy kits, big books, activity backpacks, book kits, storytime backpacks, and more! Our lending library is packed with hundreds of curated and themed items available for check-out.

Looking to laminate? 4-C’s Resource Room has both large and small laminators you can use for a small fee. We also have rainy day craft kits for sale, along with paper and other craft supplies. You can also bring your own paper and use our die cuts!
