Academy for Surgical Coaching and Jamar Photoshoot

Location:
UW Simulation Center within the UW Hospital and Clinics, 600 Highland Ave, Madison, WI.
- Please arrive at UW Hospital Simulation Center before 9am on Wednesday, February 12.

- If you park in the hospital ramp, please bring in your parking pass to be validated.
Attire for Health Care Providers:
- Please arrive in OR-appropriate clothing: clean medical scrubs, close-toed shoes, hair pulled back, minimal jewelry.
- If you have a clean surgical cap, you may wear it for the photo shoot.
- Please do not wear clothing with obvious brands or logos visible.
- We will provide gloves, masks, and hair nets.
Attire for Model Patients:
- Please come dressed in a short-sleeved t-shirt and loose fitting shorts. You will be able to change when you get here.
- We will provide you with an open-back hospital gown to put over your shorts and tshirt, and a hair net.
- You will be able to wear your socks and shoes, but we may ask to remove your socks and shoes, depending on the photos we are taking.
Plan for the morning:
- Each volunteer will need to sign a photo release for the Academy and Patran.
- We will be demonstrating two different types of equipment - Patient transport slide sheets and Operating room video equipment.
- We expect to be done with the photos with volunteers by 11:00am.
