Love to prepare for the upcoming gardening season? We need volunteers to assist with helping carry branches to a chipper, garden clean up and weeding that surround the house. Trim old growth from last year's perennials. Pick up debris, and weed. Nurture the new perennials that are coming up and watch to not step on or rake out bulbs. The gardens start from the west side of the house and work all the way around. This includes raised beds and a cutting garden.
Clean up: Strong work gloves, water to drink and if you have some, safety goggles.
For weeding: Gloves, 2 rakes, weeding tools, tubs, collection bags.
