As a Program Helper from our communities, you will be an essential part of the Girl Scouting experience. You’ll be guiding and supporting Girl Scouts as well as elevating the program’s impact and enrichment for the Girls!
What are the deets?
Share your time, talents and skills with girls and adults in ways that fit YOUR schedule. Time commitments vary, with flexible late afternoon, early evening and weekend opportunities. You may help with one event a year, a monthly activity or at other times that extra help is needed and you're available.
Programs take place both virtual via Zoom and in person at our Leadership Center in Madison and Camp Brandenburg in Dane.
Topics for programming are varied – you'll help them in their journeys in STEAM, life skills, travel, civic engagement, entrepreneurship, community Service and more.
What’s Required?
Program Helper volunteers must register as a member of Girl Scouts (free first year for adult volunteers!), complete a criminal background check and speak with the Partnerships & Volunteer Manager prior to volunteering to assess best fits.
