You can write about transit in Dane County in various ways. By doing so, you are participating in a democratic process that involves informing our electorate. Maybe you ride the bus. Maybe you do not. You can explain why, why not or something else. Do you walk, bike and/or drive a car? Why or why not? You can write about actual or anticipated experiences. Does weather matter? Does time of year matter? What would be ideal? Why?
